Brainify.AI, a leading artificial intelligence company specializing in healthcare solutions, is thrilled to share that its CEO, Mariam Khayretdinova, was interviewed by Disruptive Technologists on her quest to help female depression through technology.
At just 31 years old, Khayretdinova is already on her second startup, using artificial intelligence and deep machine learning to create a biomarker that can help with female depression.
In the interview, Khayretdinova explains that major depressive disorder is under-studied, despite the fact that females are twice as likely to develop depression at some point in their lives when compared to men. "I want to solve that problem," she said.
Brainify.AI's technology can help to assess brain health and development, and can potentially be used to diagnose and treat neurological disorders such as depression. The technology can also be used in research settings to better understand the underlying causes of depression and develop new treatments.
"We are proud to be working on innovative solutions to help address the major issue of female depression," said Khayretdinova. "We believe that our technology has the potential to make a real difference in people's lives."
